    Well me and my mom went into the shop to get me a ring for my birthday we had got a silver ring with sapphires and crystals beautiful ring really so we had to get it sized so we had to wait to get it... about a week later I got it and I was in love with it. Everyone complimented it saying how beautiful it was. About a month later I notice the bottom of the ring was snapped a little piece of it, we took it in keep in mind I had not took it off messed around with it or whatever you wanna say I took very good care of it when we got there thinking the repair of the ring would be free it was 32$ dollars to get it fixed. We payed for it and then we had waited about 4 days for it not that bad... BUT about a week after I got it I noticed again a huge part of my ring broke snapped right off now again I took very good care of my ring and I am more then upset at the quality of this ring for snapping so quickly and easily. Not a good experience for me at all.
