    Understaffed. I was not able to find an item I was looking for that was in the flyer. Got the run around and finally left. That being said, the young lady at the parts counter was super helpful and knowledgeable.

    Terrible support and return policies. Generally overpriced. And Canadian Tire Money is just noise. But, sometimes you can't wait for Amazon to deliver or Costco is closed.

    Tried to buy some ammunition at 1:30 pm and there was no one around with key! Asked to speak to manager was told they were not in...terrible customer service, shop elsewhere

    Love this store. Great staff and everything i need.

    Generally good service. When I left the store I forgot a bag of purchases and am elderly woman ran out and gave it to me. The lady was upset that the clerk refused to do it nor would he ask one of three staff hanging out at the customer service desk. Not grest service.
