    They do not warranty anything until it is in it's second year, ( only if you have been sucked into buying the extended useless warranty) Before that you are out of luck. When I called I was told... just hold on to it until your year is up then you can have it replaced by us otherwise the manufacturer will charge you an arm and a leg and it won't be worth your while. Sooooo what am I left with.... a useless flat iron unitl November. I can't get my money back in November all I can get is a store credit. They have you either way. Most stores will honor the manufacturer's warranty and take care of that themselves... not these loosers! Last purchase with them.
