Good location and well stocked with supplies and with helpful staff. However, many animals were kept in enclosures far too small for their size. 2 guinea pigs in a tank that's double the size of the small ones you get for Betta fish along with a rat in another one. Rats should also always be kept in pairs as they are social creatures and can become depressed and self-harm in those fits of depression. His wheel was also wired, which is bad for their feet and was far too small. Wheels for a rat must be at least 11" in diameter. All the tanks for mammals and reptiles were the same size, including one for a ball python, which need at least a 20 gallon tank, per snake.
