  Storing with this company at this particular location has been a real pleasure. The staff are positive and upbeat. They make every effort to ensure things go smoothly on moving days. The addition of a cube van, that is exceptionally reasonably price, really takes Sentinel beyond its competitors.

  I arrived the 23 of July, with barely 10 mins left until they closed. The woman behind the desk, who's name escapes me at the moment, happily assisted me in procuring a storage unit, and was thorough in my registration, and made sure to not only walk me to my unit, but showed me the bay, the dollies, as well as made sure all details were explained, when she was in her complete right to tell me they were closed. Her professionalism and candor was not appreciated but was well above, most storage experiences I have been through. When I went to use my unit, the gentleman behind the counter was just as professional and friendly. I will be making sure that I will be using Sentinel, in any future instance where

  Great customer service! Facility appears clean, new, and secure. Convenient moving truck provided at excellent rate.

  The staff are very helpful and friendly. The storage area is clean and easily accessible. The 18 wheeler moving van was able to move around the storage yard easily. 24 hour access is great. Sentinel is the only heated storage unit I could find in the Bedford area.
