  Can I choose a -5 star? Awful customer service. The manager is sarcastic, impatient and dishonest. Misleading sales, be careful with this store.

  Is there a negative star? Awful experience for my wife and daughter. On Sat. July 16th, upon entering the store, a "hi" from the back was heard. No approach to assist us. We asked for help 5 min. later after looking around. When asked about a certain size of sneaker, the female clerk hummed and hawed. After bringing the wrong color and size out, she got upset when we asked again for another shoe. They clearly didn't want to serve us. It was 4:30. There was a man waiting there for 1 of the clerks. There was no desire shown to order the pair requested. No offering of another place that sells the shoes. Just a rotten attitude. We then went to DSW in Bayer's Lake. Awesome customer service there. Please do not support this Bedford SoftMoc store.

  Got a friendly hello from behind the counter when I entered the store. I immediately saw a shoe I liked, slipped it on and within a few seconds was approached by the young woman and asked if she could help me find anything. She took the shoe and was back with my size in less than a minute. She even showed me the other colour option on the screen and tried to locate it in another store. Very helpful!

  ZERO stars from me !!!!! This is the worst store ever for customer service (Bedford) I purchased a pair of shoes at the SoftMoc Halifax Shopping Centre and wanted to exchange the size. Bedford being so close I decided to contact that store first. I called July 6, 7, 8, and 9 (today) twice a day and received a message machine they were busy with a customer leave a message they would get back. That of course did not happen. I have been in this mall many times. I find it hard to believe that they were that busy each time I called for 4 straight days they could NOT pick up the phone once. We own and operate two companies and I hope that a customer trying to speak to one of our employees was still unable to after 4 days. I will make the trip to Halifax shopping centre and make my exchange at that location. And it will be my last item bought from SoftMoc. Terrible.
