  I've been in to see Phil, the podiatrist, several times. Front desk service has always been prompt, and Phil's work on my feet has been fantastic. I have issues with pressure-points and corns, and my work and play are both hard on my feet. I've gone into the clinic with foot pain bad enough to significantly limit my mobility... and 45 minutes later feel almost 100% and ready to run!

  Walking into Comfort Orthotics & Podiatry Clinic in Sunnyside Mall was definitely a step in the right direction for my foot health. Phil Sneyd, the clinic’s podiatrist, has been spot on this past year in assessing my feet. As a recently diagnosed diabetic, Phil has been amazing in answering my questions and providing continued care for my skin and nail care. I often find other medical professionals have deferred to his knowledge. His friendly nature puts you at ease, and you instantly feel that you can trust what he has to say to be true. Emily Conroy has been extremely helpful in pinpointing the problems with my gait, and how my customized orthotics can best support me. Since seeing Emily, my back pain has lessened, and each footstep I take is much more comfortable. The rest of the clinic staff is extremely knowledgeable and they take time to get to know the situation with your feet. Michelle and Katelyn’s service has been incredible. Having helped me choose a rocker shoe, my footsteps have been much easier to take. They quickly address situations that develop in a compassionate manner and try to get you in as quickly as possible. Comfort Orthotics in my experience make for very happy feet. It is a year this month since I have been coming, and they have quickly become one of my most trusted medical professionals.

  I recently went into the store since I am looking to buy more comfortable shoes. Right away I was greeted by friendly staff. The employee was very knowledgeable and presented me with a few options. Outstanding customer service. The store is also well organized and welcoming.

  I like to stay very active and recently my feet really started to bother me. I asked a few friends if they knew anywhere I could go for some help. They encouraged me to come to this clinic as I would be well cared for. They were right!! The staff were all very friendly and professional. Not only did they resolve my foot pain, they also took the time to explain what caused it. They direct billed my insurance and even followed up with me about a month later to make sure my new orthotics were working well. I highly recommend you see these folks, they really care!!!

  I always have excellent service at this clinic, both when attending my regular appointment with the podiatrist and when finding shoes that are a perfect fit. I recently tried several different pairs of walking shoes, each at home for a few days and was encouraged to take my time until I was completely satisfied. Megan was the soul of patience, even though I took up a great deal of her time on each visit. I am delighted with my final selection, but would never have got it right without Megan's expertise.
