  Was on the phone for 45 minutes spoke 6 people witch spoke to me with extremely rude behavior cutting me off and speaking with aggressive tone and couldn't get anywhere. Then had to wait for a call back while the supervisor checked the call... for almost 2 hours and still didn't put my order in. when I spoke anybody they refused to give me a employee number just hung up on me "great customer service" at the end of all this when it was finally settled to put my order in they HUNG UP ON ME! thanks just wanted food but atleast I know never order here again

  Don't bring more then 4 people and expect to get fast service . Had reservation at 630 for 15 people for my wife bday party Jan 12 2018 .After 1.5 hours and me telling them were leaving we finally got our cold food. Excuses were ,were busy , and ran out of baked potatoes . This was nothing more then disorganized chaos. They didn't offer any discount and would not take any off.. Thank you . Swiss chalet for lack of service .

  Came to have lunch, around 2:30pm, the place was fairly empty, but was fairly dirty, floors, and most tables. Staff were slow to seat us. My food was a somewhat cold & dont get me started on the mens bathroom. I sent an email about that. Not the Swiss chalet I know.

  Swiss Chalet pulled a fast one. Despite having a coupon valid until Dec 31 they would not honor it when ordering the special. I was told they would not honor it at the Bedford location. So much for customer loyalty. No stars for this show of greed.

  Portions are the same here, some of the other locations around town give you a smaller portion than this location. Most of the staff is right on the ball serving you. great place
