  Terrible company and total waste of time. Couldn't get my new policy set up in time before the my old policy (with a different company) renewed even though I started the process a month in advance. Don't waste your time.

  I was a customer for the past 5 years . Recently I cancelled my apartment insurance and took the cancellation document to their main office in bedford to ensure no more funds were being taken out of my account as funds are tight at the moment. Surprise, surprise, they tried taking more funds out of my account yesterday and the funds were not there as i cancelled my insurance and i havent lived on the "insured " property in three months . So now i have a nasty NSF fee . My account is overdrawn due to this fee and I had to find out while i was at the store trying to buy formula for my newborn daughter . Then after calling I was told there was nothing they can do . Very upset and i will not be seeking services from this company for my new apartment nor ever again .
