  What strikes me most is that when the office closes, these guy pull their own cars into the shop to tinker with. It's obvious that they really love what they do and want to do what is best for not only the customer, but their industry as a whole.

  I Just bought a 10 year old BMW. As a first time owner of a premium vehicle, the cost of ownership can be a scary thought; especially when you know little about cars. My first experience with a premium shop was horrible, the shop owner gouged and lied to me, I began to lose faith that there was an honest shop out there.

  Referred by a co-worker, I cautiously visited ISI Automotive. Faith restored. I Just completed my third repair and I have to say these guys are gold! They go the extra mile and walk me through any issues. They help me understand the problem and the importance of fixing it. I've found pricing to be quite affordable. They provide a detailed report on their work stating what they've done and what may need to be done in the future. Much more than just a list of parts & labour.

  Excellent service. They walk though all the issues with you and answer your concerns with great patients. Also, the price are very reasonable. (much cheaper than dealer's quote). Will go back again.

  Very honest and knowledgable. Just called to get a quote on a repair for a car I'm about to buy very patient and willing to give an honest answer to any question I asked and I'm not even a customer yet. Will definitely be taking my BMWs there for service and inspections.
